Troy Tate

My name is Troy Tate, I was born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area. I grew up competing in the martial arts of Judo with my father being my coach. I was a multi-state, national and international judo champion and a 2nd-degree black belt. I competed for 18 years from 1980-1998. I also was a springboard diver in high school. I started my fitness journey in 1993 and started competing in 1994 and was hooked ever since. From 1994 to 2014, I competed in 30 contests including an Ifbb pro contest which was the IFBB Phoenix Europa in 2014. I placed 8th in the Bodybuilding 212 division out of 25 professional athletes. My biggest passion, which completely overwhelms and gives more gratitude than anything was being a trainer. I started training clients since 1995, for 25 years, I’ve been helping people change their lives with getting in shape, getting healthy and also have been working with  competitive athletes who compete in bodybuilding, powerlifting and judo.

Arianna Tate

My name is Arianna, I never had a huge interest in fitness but after losing my mother when I was 17 in 2010 and growing up without a father who passed away when I was only 2 years old. I started really thinking about my own health. I have always struggled with my weight growing up, I never ate healthy or worked out. I knew I needed a hobby and something that I enjoyed doing, something that would help cope with the loss of my mother. I needed therapy and I turned to the gym. I started training in 2011. I absolutely fell in love with training. I felt in control and the gym never let me down. Keeping with my fitness goals, I joined a gym in WA and was introduced to a tanning company who offered me a job airbrushing competitors for their shows. I did that for 5 years. Being around the Bodybuilding Industry and meeting so many people made me want to pursue my fitness goals further and I got involved in competing. I’ve been competing since 2012. I have competed in 10 shows. I started in Bikini and made the switch to figure, where I won 3 Figure titles and an Overall. I also placed 3rd and was shy of 1 point away from my pro card at USA Championships in 2018 which is a big National show. In 2012, I studied to become a Trainer/Nutritionist and became certified In 2013. I’ve been coaching clients since. I’m highly passionate about watching each of them succeed whether that be to get in shape, lose fat, build muscle or even compete in a competition.
